MEXICAN DELIGHT

Hamburger Mixture:
1 lb ground beef 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp Accent
1 (6-oz) can tomato paste 1 tsp oregano
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce 1 tsp chili powder
3 (6-oz cans) water 1 tsp salt
2 T sugar 1 tsp cumin seed
1 c cooked rice
Garnishes:
Green chili sauce Shredded lettuce
Chopped ripe olives Diced Tomatoes
Chopped green onions Chopped avocado
Shredded cheese
Dressing:
4 oz cream cheese onion salt, garlic salt to taste
1 c buttermilk (add 1 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp soda to regular milk) pepper, salt, Accent
Blend dressing in blender. NOTE: Sour cream serves just as well as this
Simmer ingredients for hamburger mixture for 40 minutes; add 1 cup cooked rice. Serve over a small handful of corn chips and garnish with garnishes. Top with dressing. Meat mixture can be kept warm in crock pot. Really good!
